
Bread
January 23, 2012I had so much fucking bread this weekend and I don’t regret a single piece I ate. I had breads from apple & raisin, to French bread, to raisin scones. I can’t get enough of it. I even started today with an almond butter sandwich on some light rye bread. Yes, carbs carbs carbs, but it makes me enjoy life just a little bit more having a beautiful piece of bread with some ricotta cheese. Or keep it simple with some olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Stale baguette? No worries! Put a mushed overly ripened avocado on it with some cherry tomatoes and toast it in the oven.
I would have probably reached my weight loss goal months ago if I cut bread out, but what kind of life would that be? Seriously.
